Celia Hernandez is a Branch Manager that comes to River City Staffing Group with more than 20 years in management, having recruited, trained and supervised a staff of more than 175 employees. She has eight years in the staffing industry, five of which has been in the Sacramento Valley. She has a Degree in Merchandising with a Minor in Business and brings experience in direct sales, operations, human resources, legal, training and more.

Sally has always made Customer Service her highest priority and takes great pride in mentoring her staff to the highest levels of excellence. She is involved with all aspects of the River City Staffing and Accounting Solutions side of the business. She makes herself available to all clients and candidates and looks forward to working with you!
