Cindy Coelho-Bunker started River City Staffing in Sacramento, in April 1999, after spending 10 years working for a national staffing company. With just two employees, she set out as President to create a staffing company that brought more value and personalized attention to Sacramento employers and prospective employees.

Her strategy has allowed the business to thrive, and today, she focuses her energies on customer service and maintaining solid, long-term relationships with her established clients. The company now includes a staff of 20 managers, recruiters, and administrative staff in 2 locations. Under her successful management, River City Staffing has become one of Sacramento’s largest, privately held staffing firms.

Cindy holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from California State University, Fresno. She has her CAC accreditation and participates in the Association of California Staffing Professionals.

Cindy is married to Doug Bunker, River City’s CFO. They have 2 wonderful children, ages 3 ½ and 18 months. An active mom, when Cindy is not pursuing her passion for staying on the leading edge of local industry trends and working with the area’s top employers, she enjoys reading, working out, and participating in mom’s groups.
