Dave Watson brings to River City Staffing a unique perspective from the client’s viewpoint. With 17 years of onsite experience, managing as many as 250 contracted employees, he understands the complexities of running a business with a dynamic workforce. He is currently the business manager for River City Staffing, and oversees both the Sacramento and Roseville branches.

Dave, who attended Northwest Missouri State University, has throughout his career maintained the belief that everyone who wants to work should have the opportunity. River City Staffing might not be able to place everyone who walks through their door. But, Dave has contacts he has developed and nurtured that can help people who need a job, find one. 

River City Staffing’s philosophy is to gain a better understanding of both the client and candidate’s situations, so that a better, more long-lasting match can be made. As Business Manager, Dave’s role is to maintain and build upon the competitive advantage of a more personalized approach to staffing. He uses his background and experience, along with onsite company visits to get to a level of detail that will ensure a successful placement.

In his time away from the office, Dave likes to stay physically active. He enjoys preparing for and running marathons, working out, and traveling.
